What frustrates you the most?
They asked if I had any Class B driving experience, or a class B driver's license. They also asked why I was interested in working for Pepsi. They wanted to know if lifting up to 75 pounds is going to be a difficulty.
When last time you lifted 15 lbs or more? Do have problem bending stooping? Why Frito lay?
General sales questions. Really, don't sweat it. They are dying for more people. Oh yeah, if you played college ball let them know because it will get you in pretty easy.
Are you willing to work weekends?
Why Fritos lay? Name a time you dealt with a difficult customer? Name a time where you presented great customer service? Questions were very simple.
It doesn't matter they go by what see not by how good you are. I know its base, but they do sorry. Just be truthful and sell yourself. Food for thought they want someone that going to bend over backwards for them, so if you have to be at church on Sunday, then that is a no go or any holiday for that matter.
Why are you interested in working here?
I was asked to discuss a time when I took charge in a situation and how that situation was resolved.
