Worst MNC Company ever They just conduct the interview, won't update your interview status! If you ask interview status after a while, just simply they'll reject you! In a week, i can see this issue on LinkedIn 5-6 times, candidates posting regarding same problem. I don't understand what happened to Capgemini now a days. I have attended twice, but no results! If you think i'm not worthy enough to get selected, i got selected for most of the remaning all companies except Capgemini. So you can understand how nasty Capgemini recruitment process is. I really lost respect on Capgemini. 0.5/10

I do not recall any questions they asked me; they seemed peculiarly uninterested in me as a candidate when I showed up for the interview.
1st round was basic work experience and job details discussion, next one was technical round where your basic tech knowledge is examined, and also reason for applying will be asked, next round was in depth technical round where basic to advance knowledge was examined, and also reason of joining was asked, real time scenarios were asked, final round was with VP who would ask you about their expectations, reason of joining
