My technical background was questioned in-depth and examples of situations where I had succeeded and failed. Had to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of subject matter at an expert level as well as communicate the complex ideas simply as if presenting to an executive. It did remind me of government-style multi interview processes though.

They asked about my risk-related experience, but then mentioned that the Hiring Manager was not actually looking for someone with substantial risk expertise and was instead willing to teach the risk environment to the right candidate. It was a surprising contradiction given the seniority and scope of the role, which only added to the overall sense that Stripe was unclear about what it really needed in this position.
1 st round be the data science technical. 2nd would be online test and take home case study. 3rd would be case study discussion 4th would be CRO discussion. 5th would be hr.
