1st interview: general behavioral questions 2nd interview: 1) behavioral questions: focus on the results of personality assessment --do you realize these aspects and how did/would you cope with your "weak spots" (give examples); what difficulties would you expect to encounter in this role; 2) accounting and auditing knowledge: why this position; what do you know about accounting and assurance; during auditing process, how to keep external authorities satisfied, etc.
PWC recruiter walked me through the interview process and the position itself. 2 directors asked questions on quantitative finance (stochastic, my project, coding), and some business-related questions (give an example you noticed an opportunity to improve the business, model risk governance, etc). Both interviewers are nice.
