Very casual, more of a chat than an interview. I think what is important is what kind of a person you are and how you will fit in in the company.

They asked if I could explain the difference between hardware and software.
Most questions were pretty basic talking about the job and many of the psychological questions. I studied pretty hard but still didn't get the job but I was in the "top running."
Why did I want to work for the company?
Why do you want to work on the buy side rather than the sell side?
The hiring manager asked me about my current day to day responsibilities and really listened to what I had to say. I appreciated that.

The questions were the standard personallity profile type questions for the screening interview and basic health insurance/project management questions. You'd better know your stuff or it will show during the interview. If you are good at what you do and have experience, then there is no reason to sweat.
