Respiratory Interview Questions

519 respiratory interview questions shared by candidates

General questions, not very specific, except a few. The phone interview with the local director was weird, and tense, and she did not give show any friendliness or appreciation for the experience and CV. When going on site, again, she focused on the personality, trying to make the candidate look stupid, try to make them get angry, and not focus on what they know or how hard they have worked to date, but rather ask something general, and follow up with non sense questions about things already told. I know these interviewing methods, but please do not make candidates bullied again, as they ALSO have to like you. The next two persons on the panel were very very unfriendly, no manners, like telling you in the face we do not want you to work with us. Again focusing on small things, without showing appreciation that the candidate can learn anything in a quick time in case they don't know the entire tasks of the job. The kept disrespecting whenever a question was raised, or material brought to the interview to be shown, and try to ask broad similar questions to annoy the candidate.
