Almost all that the CFO asked, he was very formal and I was caught off guard after meeting with two laid back directors. He asked about work outs -- I believe since I was six sigma he wanted Kaizen but I was so nervous from his other questions I didn't give Kaizen.

Tell me about a time when you had to manage or work around a resource constraint (e.g. limited time, staff, or budget). How did you prioritise work and ensure delivery?

Questions were about communication style and ability to deal with conflict, missing expectations, etc.
How does your past job experience relate to this job?
The manager asked those typical questions you could think of in a behavioral interview such as "Tell me your greatest achievement" or something like "Tell me a conflict you had in your life and how you dealt with it.". The difficult part is that the manager asked for a very specified example and the details on how you did it, very detailed that you will have to take time to recall it.
