The sheet includes some example rows that have already been filled out with recommendations and reasoning. Your task will be to evaluate the remaining candidates and provide your recommendations and reasoning for moving candidates to the next stage. Part 2: Case Studies (Untimed) Task: This section consists of different case studies designed to assess your approach to recruitment KPIs, outbound proactive outreach processes, recruitment strategy for senior roles, and employee engagement.
