How well do you prioritize your tasks? Have you met with difficult people and how do you work with them? What do you think of working with a very diverse group of people? What kind of management culture do you prefer? Should you be given the role of a project lead, how would u delegate tasks to different team member? How comfortable are you towards ambiguity at work?
How many years am I looking to stay in this position?
Think of a situation where there wasn't a trusting relationship with another co-worker. What did you specifically do to try to build a more trusting relationship? What was the result? Think about a time when you found it necessary to verbally communicate critical information to an employee or employees. What was the issue? How did you determine the success of that communication?
