Asked to provide a writing sample during the group interview on a topic selected by the hiring VP. Allowed to write on the topic for 90 minutes in a manner that follows the typical structure of a piece of analysis. Once the writing was submitted and reviewed, the topic is presented and the panel asks questions about the content of the writing sample and the topic.
Give us an executive summary of the paper you wrote. What are the key findings and recommendations you have?
Hardest question was those odd geometric groupings. A Google search revealed these are "inductive reasoning tests."

I prepared based off of the behavioral questions other people put up here, a lot of them were the same, the ones about performance based compensation, etc. Would you rather have a pleasant but average worker or someone who excels but is difficult to work with. Most of them were either strengthsfider 2.0 questions.
