Why research? Quantitative v/s qualitative? what do they each achieve and when are they used? Situational question to judge critical thinking.
Familiarity with CRM and Donor reporting
During the on site interview, I was asked a lot of questions such as; tell me about a time you overcame a problem, when you made a mistake, when you accomplished something etc.
As a manager, do you prefer a super good team member or two average team members. The super good team member can finish same amount work as the two average team members.
Tell me about a time that you took accountability?
All the questions are sort of textbook problems, relatively easy.
