The most difficult question involved a scenario with integrating an enterprise router into a SOHO environment with a commercial gateway. The customer had just installed the FIOS home internet service with a home level gateway. The customer has a dynamic IP but needed to run some a web service over some blocked protocols. It was our job to calm down an irate customer while explaining to them that what they need will require a service upgrade.

This is the internet after all. I look forward to your response - Chris Scenario #2 - Retention I will no longer be continuing my subscription as I can longer afford the service and my therapist is leaving the platform. I would like the charge that was just processed to be debited back to me, as I won't be using the service. - Jen Scenario #3 I had a terrible experience with my therapist. They always cancelled last minute and had limited availability. I want to be rematched, but I’m scared I’m losing time on my subscription. What can be done for me? - Dave Scenario #4 Please respond to this email and include the total amount refunded in your reply. Sadly, I am unable to afford therapy any further. My car broke down on the 101 and I have more bills to pay after my cat’s surgery. Can I please be refunded for the amount I did not use? - Linda Note: we process refunds by weeks of service, not by individual days. Monthly plans are 4 weeks/28 days of service billed up front. They are signed up for our $180 USD a month plan ($45 USD a week).
