This is the one where they try to make it hard. They want you to type what this person is saying via an audio clip. But they get someone with a heavy accent and saying words that you have never typed in your life let alone hear someone with a heavy accent even say before. I understand that there will be people in a call center that have accents but come on, at least allow one re-take or something. The test is timed and if you make any kind of mistake or try to correct your errors you will fail. I found myself rewinding the audio clip trying to make out what was said while the timer was ticking. Also something to note, there is also a straight up "Typing test" where you type a paragraph until the timer runs out. No matter how fast you type that, you will fail the entire interview if you fail the "Typing Test-Audio" test.
