I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then with a current curriculum designer, then had to complete a curriculum task, and then was told I did not get this role.
What value can you contribute to the company?
I expected development questions, but I would say that I was probably most surprised by how high the expectations regarding security were for a UI Designer. But this really wouldn't be a problem if the expectation level were on par with competitive compensation.
What font did I like best
The different steps were composed of different kinds of tests, from just merely personality-related to other more complex set of unfamiliar problems that really challenged what I knew. I don't think I should give a more detailed explanation, since not expecting or knowing a lot about these kind of tests is the whole point :)
