Tell me about your background
Horrible candidate experience. Interview with CEO was cancelled because he had a conflict (gave 1 week notice and would reach out to reschedule). Never rescheduled, reached back out to RM to reschedule and was sent a generic link. Rescheduled and CEO is 5+ minutes late to interview, then gets on and says sorry I can't meet, lets reschedule to tomorrow. Finally get to the interview, it's BARELY 15 minutes. Couldn't get a word in edgewise, would try to finish a sentence and get completely cut off throwing off my whole train of thought. Didn't allow me to ask any questions. Walked me through the next steps and reiterated probably 5x I would only get there if I were selected which already made me assume I wasn't going to move forward. Was ghosted and no response afterwards - dodged a bullet!

What would be your team goals?
Most of the interview was focused on me sharing my professional experience to include my strategy as a technical recruiter and leader. Many of the conversations were open ended, but all of the necessary points were covered. It was very conversational which helped things flow nicely.
