What is the reconciliation process and why is it done.
Creditors reconciliation exercise,which was done on paper and I believe it could have been a computerized exercise

Questions are usual behavioral questions. Nothing unexpected.
I received a text message from Irish of TATA Consultancy Services Philippines to expect a call from their team for the above position - but I never received a call as advised. Irish kept calling me with the incorrect name. I told her my correct name, but she kept on calling me with a name of a different applicant, not just once but three times. I never followed up since then as I lost interest in applying to their company due to how their recruiter handled my application from the start.
