Phone interview: Demonstrate how organized you are on-the-job as well as the company values. I also got asked about my salary expectation and how soon i could resume. In-person interview: I was asked about my prior relevant work experience and i talked through it especially as it related to payment processing. The job required extensive use of MS Excel and i had indicated i was above average. I was required to do a practical test on Excel (vlookup, pivot, sort and referencing), which i did successfully.
