The interview consisted of basic interview questions: prior work experience, why I would be good for the job, how many people had a been a manager over in the past, & how much retail experience i had. I interviewed one on one with the store manager. Afterwards I was interviewed by the Regional Human Resources Manager on the same day.

How did you hear about us ?
How have you in the past created value?
What do you know about our company?
If you were in the middle of something and a truck came that needed to be unloaded what would you do?
There was no difficult question questions. Alex, was reading from a type script and writing down my answers. I would just say be confident, honest, show smile and even though supervisor doesn't ask if you have any questions. still ask questions it shows your interest in the job.
