There is a prerequisite tests that you need to have completed before hand. This is a basic logic test which I believe anyone should be able to pass. The biggest problem was finding out how to sign up for and take these tests so as to be able to put your application through. The process was described to me as a "magic window" that opens up online. That's exactly what happened I searched and searched for 3 months I believe and then one day BAM a window opened up and there was a full battery of different tests you can take for PG&E. I signed up for all of them. I believe I took them in Concord.
