they asked how I would figure out how many T shirts would fit into a skyscraper. They wanted to know how I thought/my process to answer the question.
Did I mind having to get on the phones from time to time?
When I had the Technical Interview I was very blessed to have the opportunity to interact with the CEO of the company and this an amazing experience. While he asked technical questions and gave me feedback his main going was to get to know me as a person, not an asset. This has always been hard for companies to understand... you can hire someone with lots of skills and experience but if their attitude, commitment and collaboration with others is not there then you are not hiring in a smart way.
What is your interested regarding your offer about the job?
Write code to ignore duplicates in a string of characters. The interviewer was very specific with the language i was supposed to use(Java)
What was a time you faced a difficult testing issue and how did you solve it?
Take-home: I was given a basic, internally-developed Web App to order pizza and asked to prepare a bug list and then automate the Login and a simple CRUD flow.
