What is a weakness of yours and how does it affect how you work?
I don't really recall. We talked about media relations, which the owner doesn't know anything about.
I was given model situations and asked how would I solve them. Also, prior to the interview they sent me a video about the project I was being hired for, and asked questions and my opinion about it.
No interview questions were had, they required submitted work.
Required to submit a pr/fundraising strategy and campaign.
