Since there were multiple people, there was not one specific question that was difficult. No one question was any more difficult than the other. All were related to my experience, which was in line with what I expected.

He didn't really ask me any substantive questions, other than salary requirements. When I mentioned mine ($50,000 and up), he promised the ability to earn $20-25,000 more than that. Most of the interview was him talking about the company and the position, which turned out to be more of a sales/sales management position. He said that everyone starts with a four-month training period before moving into the managing positions. He said he would have their HR department review my resume and speak to my references, and I would hear from them within 24 hours to learn if I was in the top 8 candidates chosen to move to the next step of the interview process.
