The interview was in 3 sections. 1. Getting to know the managers, then introducing myself. 2. BBI (Behavior Based Interview questions) tell me about a time questions.. time management, a time when you negotiated, a disagreement with a supervisor, handled a difficult customer, when couldn’t you complete a project, what’s my strength, what’s a weakness etc… 3. Housekeeping (going over some of the things that the recruiter mentioned in the phone screening like… do you have a workspace, need time off, etc After that, you can ask any questions you may have. The interview was about 45 mins, but the ladies made the space welcoming and comforting.
