I was questioned as to why I wanted to enter this field given prior background. I hadn't really done this kind of work before.
No questions were asked, just the two tests.
How do you manage expectations(campaign level) and time?
How do you approach editing something that you do not believe in (mostly relating to religious texts, which I did not encounter during my time there).
There was nothing particularly difficult or unexpected - all of the questions were standard interview questions (which I had studied beforehand and practiced a bit, so there was not anything that I couldn't handle or come up with an answer for).
Tell me about your accomplishments and why it is one
The first part of the screening test was extremely easy (around 15 pp. of student testing material). The second part, involving an Excel spreadsheet and multiple instructions, was more challenging; it took me much longer than the first part and left me doubting as to whether I was a good fit for them if they were looking for someone who could work more quickly on more left-brain admin stuff.
