Typical case interview questions, mostly around specific problems that Grab (2-wheel) was facing at that time. With the Director, the interview was more of a personal chat -- getting to know each other plus culture fit check.
I can't remember all of the questions so I'll just confirm the process: First round / initial chat: 30 mins with Talent / HR. Just getting to know a bit more about me and my experiences generally. Second round / 1st stage interview: 40 mins with General Counsel & SVP as well as another VP. A deeper dive into my experience and the role. Third round / 2nd stage interview: an interview with 3 internal stakeholders that would be working with the legal projects & ops manager closely.
