They ask a TON of behavior questions. They also ask the same questions many many different ways. They also ask about times I (a forthcoming college graduate) have come onto a project and implemented efficiency changes in projects, and they kept asking that in many different ways. They asked a lot about working with difficult people, probably because they themselves might very well be extremely difficult people.

They ask a TON of behavior questions. They also ask the same questions many many different ways. They also ask about times I (a forthcoming college graduate) have come onto a project and implemented efficiency changes in projects, and they kept asking that in many different ways. They asked a lot about working with difficult people, probably because they themselves might very well be extremely difficult people.
