There are a few logic questions on the online assessment that might trip people up but overall nothing too bad. The on-site interview is very relaxed and I don't think there are any "right" answers to the case study questions, they just want to see how well you can defend your decisions.
The interview process is strenuous, but good. Nothing too out of the ordinary.
