- If you as a supervisor made a decision, and other members of your team opposed your decision, but you were certain that you were right, what would you do? - If you were a facing a supervisor in the same situation, but you were certain that you were right, what would you do?
Analogies are not my forte.
They asked a lot of questions about working in a team and making decisions that were unpopular or against the opinion of the group as a whole. The only other thing that threw me was that the case interview was with another applicant.
