I was asked to provide some insight about myself and what I was after. Then the follow - up questions were about my resumé. The interview occurred over FaceTime with my recruiter.
I really don't think you understand what I'm asking you. You're giving me a list of things you do at work not something different from your regular work. Now do you understand where I'm coming from? Can you answer that question, where you had to be a leader?
