Standard behavioral questions and going over my resume. What gets you out of bed in the morning? Do you know what earned value analysis is? What is your proficiency in Microsoft Office? Relatively easy interview, but I wasn't the right fit.

The most difficult question was regarding the organization structure and stakeholder interest. LHIN has such a huge territory with so many agencies involved, it can get confusing trying to remember it all without tripping somewhere. Definitely memorize the organizational structure of it, and get to know every stakeholder involved.
