They do not often provide visas to international applicants and do not make this clear in the postings. Check before applying. Interview is easy. Be prepared to answer why you are drawn to the Foundation.

there wasn't really a hard question. it was just that the day was long and it consisted of many back to back interviews. I had to be able to be fresh and repeat information about myself in each interview. hard to stay perky.
The screen with the recruiter was the usual fare, non-technical. With the hiring manager, almost exclusively technical questions related directly to public health.
