For me it was the in field presentation since I had only one day of preparation time and it was most spent in the field. I had to create a project and any supporting documents, then the manager grilled me about the presentation and asked very detailed follow up questions.

Why should the interviewer hire the person next to you?
There is no unexpected question. Asked a lot of behavioral questions. Nothing Difficult. But it is kind of interesting about one of the interviewer’s attitude. I don’t know it is pressure test or something else. One of them was very arrogant and even not sitting directly to you.

where do you see yourself in 5 years
This was a new position for the company, so it was difficult for the interviewers in terms of relying on standard interview subject matter and questions. The position is a coordination-heavy role nested in the Fed TAM Pod, which is an organization that has a technical/engineering focus. The one major question I received from all (paraphrased here) was "What is the role of a Project Manager, and how do your actions and input relate to the rest of the company?"
