Questions varied from personal to professional experience. Each round had its own way of going about it. Questions were asked to see my understanding of the industry and the role I applied for. One of the interviews involved a roleplay situation as well.

Why do you want to work here?
They asked me to code on paper---the kind of thing of code no one ever uses, and they put a lot of weight on it.
Why would you want to work in this position? How can you know you won't get bored after a month or two?
What can you do for us given a potential change in the environment?
It was much more of a "get to know each other", which felt comfortable. It shouldn't be so difficult.
