Phone Interview was really a screening. Just few questions about yourself, why you want to work for X, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc First Skype interview was with a manager and HR personnel. As interviewers go they were good, seemed very professional and interested. Second interview was with a production trainer or operator? I'm not sure She didn't explain her role too well and didn't go on Skype either, made some excuse about why she couldn't. She was paired with another Hr member who was very good also. Some questions I got, hope it helps someone and its only a few of the many that was asked. You would be better off getting the sheet from someone of you can.
