Based on some general questions that the company representative mentioned earlier in our conversation, not having the correct degrees. I asked if each NPD Team had a representative that owned a stake in the project. Such as Engineering and R & D and if so, were they responsible for completing project deliverables?
Describe a complex project?
Example questions are - building and optimising a Gantt chart, drafting internal comms, and responding to hypothetical product issues.

Very easy. Guide me through your resume, why us, why leaving your current job etc type of questions. Was expecting more intense behavioral questions. Very smooth and not stressful conversation.
