Product Operations Manager Interview Questions

Justin's questions are very unconventional in nature. He had one round of quick-fire questions in which I had to pick one word among the set of a pair of words thrown at me. For example, team or individual, phone or email, red or blue, etc. That is basically to know the true nature of an individual, I would suppose. That was very interesting because it measures the correct fit of someone in the culture of the organisation, and something that cannot be prepared in advance.

Mostly behavioral questions. If you google "behavioral STAR questions" and study the top 10 then you are able to answer basically all they ask you. Looks like they are given a document with the same questions and they have to choose 4-5 to ask in the timeframe given. I had multiple people ask me the same question over and over which was tedious but good practice if you are interviewing at multiple places.
