Not anything value added except the panel interview where they asked me to solve one of their biggest problem. I had to work on it for 2 days and present it to a panel. They even record your presentation which was very odd. Just watch out for those type of request and pls deny them.
The most difficult although unexpected, questions were the behavioural questions regarding difficult people. How did you deal with a difficult person, on team? They were very interested in the type of environment I wanted to work in.
