Can't remember too much, the most concern was with computer experience and conflict resolution.
There were not really any difficult questions during the interview. They were all questions, that if you thought about them seriously, and pulled from your own experiences, you would be able to answer well. Either that, or you should be a really great storyteller, able to pull details out of your butt. The worst part of the whole thing, for me, was the weird data entry test. I had never taken a data entry test like that before. It was formatted oddly, on paper, and though the instructions were clear, I did not seem to be able to program my fingers to obey instantaneously. I passed with the most allowable amount of errors, at 11%. I asked to take it again, but was told "The most important thing is that you passed. No, you may not take it again."
Tell me about a time when you couldn't make a customer happy?
ESI uses behavior based interview questions (tell me about a time you were put in "blank" situation and how did you deal with it). Go into your interview thinking about different situation you have been in with your prior/current work experience and be prepared to describe them.

Just the normal behavioral based interview questions. Tell me a time where you had a difficult decision to make? Strengths? Weaknesses? Tell me a time where you went above and beyond the call of duty? Tell me why we should hire you? Give me a time where you a difficult employee, how did you handle that situation?
Describe a time when you did something wrong. How did you handle it and what did you do to fix it?
