The case study was about taking 7,000 templates down to less than 10. Then they asked for me to reduce the amount of time it took to complete the project, and finally if I could bring 1 person onto a project at any stage, where would I put that person AND why.
Manager made no effort to ask real interview questions, seemed like more of a check the box type of thing. Maybe a candidate was already chosen and they needed to have additional interviews for a formal selection - not sure.
The questions didn't matter in the end because they had no intention of really hiring me.

They asked What difficult situations with project stakeholders have I been involved with and how did I handle them ?
Why I was looking to leave my current company. What experience I have within the field. What my team management experience was. How I dedicate my time outside of work.
