Nothing specific by hiring manager. No IT/IS questions b/c hiring manager has no IT experience. HM's colleague asked behavioral questions that were for junior-level candidates. No IT/IS question. Presentation was asked by hiring manager for him/her to gear your ability to present and interact with others (I declined b/c this is very junior-level pre-req).

In all cases it was just “vetting” questions about all of the positions I’ve had, how I contributed in those roles, and allowing me to explain how I could bring that knowledge and apply it in this role for the company.

Interview was very conversational rather than set questions. There were a few behavioral (resolving conflict, influencing people), but it was very open-ended.
