Initial screening process is based on basics of networking,verbal,email -ethics,non-verbal (paragraph writing) on given topics over a duration of 2hours. 2nd round : consists of 20 questions-aptitude,coding-Decoding,prob on ages,calender,time &work,number series,simplification(2hours) 3rd round:face 2 face with the senior employee of the specified team.checking the confidence level &good communication of an individual.till this process i was intimated then &there after 3rd i hadn"t heard back.Still am awaiting for the next drive to crack on .
