It's all about Excel pivot tables. Really? And they are all loaded with CSV files that customers supply? That's the best technology they have? It's all about financials. Really? There's a real world that customers dial with and financials are just a very small part of it. It's all about executives. Really? I used to be one, but what they asked me doesn't match my experience.
