I was not interviewed directly by the professor i was working for. Rather I was sent there as a visiting postdoc.
There was nothing that difficult or unexpected. The salary offer made was unexpectedly low though.

First I applied online. Then email Communication was established. Then Telephone Interview was set up. later Skype interview. Lot of Technical Questions were asked followed by general Questions about my interest and why i choose this place etc etc
