Fragen an mich waren: Warum will ich zu Salesforce Was sind meine Gehaltsvorstellungen Was ist meine aktuelle Kündigungsfrist Auf die Angabe meiner Gehaltsvorstellung von 130.000 - 140.000 EUR Jahresgehalt, teilte mir die Personaleren allerdings plötzlich mit, dass sie mich eher auf einer Senior Manager Stelle sähe, als auf einer Direktor Stelle. Wenn die Einladung zum nächsten Gespräch kommt, werde ich dies allerdings wohl trotzdem wahrnehmen.

All questions are behavioual based which can be difficult for people not used to this type of questioning. Always remember - this was the situation, this is how I went about the issue and the results were...... For me, the most unexpected was around personal and workspace question, I was not used to a company actually concerned about my personal safety.
