The questions were mostly high-level and open-ended, focusing broadly on my past experience rather than being clearly structured or targeted to the role's specific competencies. There were no well-defined questions to guide the conversation toward the areas ultimately evaluated as most critical.

On the last stage, we were given marshmallows, spaghetti, and some tape to build the highest tower among the tables.
