* Screening round was based on Project Architecture and some questions around key concepts. * Coding assignment had problem which needed to be solved using event based architecture. (A problem statement is shared where two individual services (projects) need to be created keeping in mind security, caching and calling a demo service or creating one for calculation) * Technical Round 1 involved questions around project architecture, problem solving ( reverse string and while keeping special characters place constant) and security implementation in restful web services * Technical Round 2 discussion revolved around cloud, concepts (config maps, certificates, TLS, HTTPS, volume mounting - all concepts asked through scenario based questions)and design question (microservice design question involving security, messaging, distributed tracing and scrubbing of data) and then later to wrap up some frequently asked java questions. Technical Round 2 was all subjective and even after answering majority of the concept, candidature did not proceed further. This was last tech round as it was informed. HR as usual did not inform about the results (for every round) and had to follow up for the same. Not sure what the interviewer was looking for as it was wide generic interview you could have on design discussion. Not a positive experience If you want to hire a candidate there should be base concepts/questions based onto which interview should be built upon. It looked like more of a `I know a thing` kind of a interview. Moreover, if a candidate has spend considerable amount of time for the process, proper feedback should be presented to candidate rather than generic emailer (which also was sent on several follow ups)
