Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a coworker?
The most irrelevant questions were asked by the most senior person in the interview since he was reading my resume for the first time. The others were really technical and professional and you could tell that they knew what they were talking about. Q: What are your Technical skills ?? As i mentioned he did not read my resume. Q: Asked me about the vendors i have worked before, he was probably looking for some feed backs on some vendors. ( totally Irrelevant) Q: Totally forgot to introduce himself.
Just the difficulty of explaining why I would be the best candidate for plant management when I have 20 years of sales experience.
