How would you maintain a high level of safety
First they asked the standard "tell us about yourself" question. Probably best to rehearse your "elevator speech" and point out the notable things about your experience/personality. Then they asked questions about my experience that I had listed on my resume. They followed up with more questions based on my initial answers. Very behavioral type questions, but I did have opportunities to get more technical with my responses so I went ahead and did. They seemed to enjoy it.
Name a time you encountered a difficult person and how did you navigate it?
Did you know what's the SPC? Did you have project experience that applying SPC to improving something? What's your career planning in the next 5 years?
What do you do to motivate the team?
Tell me about yourself. (GD requiring more words but that was the whole question.)
Tell me about yourself, what was your previous work experience, statistical analysis, what are hydrocyclones, how do they work
Tell me about a time where you had to give someone negative feedback. How did they respond?
All the geometry questions asked in the interview were unexpected. We need lot of theorems to solve the asked questions.
