They asked mostly about my background and what direct experience I had relating to the position. Specifically about the software used in this position. We also had plenty of conversations about the culture to get a feel if I was a good fit, and vice versa.
Q1 part 1 "Why are you good enough to join this organisation?" Q1 part 2 "That's the wrong answer, you should have said this....." Q2 part 1 "I'm having difficulty in this area of the business, what would you do about it. " Q2 part 2 "That's the wrong answer, you should have said this..... " etc etc
