2 rounds of interview 1. Video Recording - Basic questions like - Why do you want to join us , What makes you the best candidate for this role , If you had to present a work to non technical audience , how would would you go about it ? 2. Second round - 1. Assessment - Numerical and Verbal Ability - Sets of 4 questions for each , very easy , as the sets proceed there is less time to solve but the questions are easy . Like 18% of 3000 sort of questions. 2. Going to Compass Centre and taking the interview : 3 parts to this 1. A technical presentation ( Heathrow needs trolley supplies for the upcoming summer ( Passenger count is increasing , there is a shortage due to them being stolen and ending of their 10 year life span, It needs to make a convincing business case to the Airlines community so that they can give them money to buy new , as an analyst just tell your methodolgy to approach the solution , no dataset provided (numbers are not important , your methodology is) . 2. Operations based questions 3. Competency based questions - align with values , questions like Is Integrity and Honesty and improtant part of being a leader ?
